Refund policy

Here's the honest truth: because every Milky Wave order is baked fresh, made with all-natural ingredients, and does not contain preservatives, our products are meant to be consumed within 2 weeks of arrival. Our cookies, teas, brownies, granola, and smoothie mixes are crafted in small batches with organic, perishable ingredients — there's no way to safely resell food once it's left our kitchen.

For your safety and ours, all sales are final.

But that doesn't mean you're on your own.

If something isn't right with your order, please reach out to us. We'll work it out together — that's a promise.


Why We Don't Accept Returns


When Things Go Wrong, We Make It Right

If your order shows up damaged, melted, broken in pieces, or just not the way it should — that's on us, and we'll fix it.

Common situations we'll always help with:

  • Your package arrived damaged or crushed
  • Your order is missing items
  • You received the wrong product
  • The cookies arrived spoiled or past their best
  • Your package was lost in transit

In any of these cases, we'll send a replacement, issue a refund, or work out a solution that feels right for you.


How to Reach Out

Send us an email at orders@themilkywave.com within 7 days of receiving your order (or within 7 days of the expected delivery date if your package never arrived).

Please include:

  • Your order number
  • A short note about what went wrong
  • Photos, if your order arrived damaged or incorrect

That last one really helps — it lets us catch packaging issues fast and make sure no other mom experiences the same issues.

We usually reply within a few hours. We're a small team of moms running this — your message goes to a real person, not a help desk robot.


Cancellations & Order Changes

Because we bake fresh and ship fast, we can only cancel or change an order if it hasn't gone into the oven yet. Reach out within a few hours of placing your order and we'll do our best to catch it in time.

Once your order is baking or has shipped, we can't pull it back — but if anything is wrong on arrival, the same rules above apply. Email us, and we'll figure it out.


Refunds (When They Happen)

If we issue a refund, it's processed back to your original payment method. Most refunds show up within 5-10 business days, depending on your bank or card provider.

We'll always confirm by email when a refund has been processed on our end.


Allergies & Sensitivities

Please read every product page carefully before ordering. Our products contain or are made in a facility that handles wheat, eggs, nuts, and other allergens. Ingredients like fenugreek aren't recommended during pregnancy or for moms with certain medical conditions (like thyroid issues or diabetes).

If you have questions about ingredients before ordering, email us — we'd much rather answer questions upfront than have you receive something that doesn't work for your body.

We can't refund orders for personal taste preferences or for sensitivities that weren't disclosed before purchase.
