That's why every Milky Wave order ships within 2 business days of being placed. Guaranteed.
How Fast We Ship
Every order is baked fresh and shipped within 2 business days of being placed. No long waits, no "processing" delays that stretch into weeks. We bake, pack, and ship — fast — so your snacks arrive while they're still at their freshest.
When Your Order Ships
We bake and ship Monday through Friday, with rare exceptions of Saturdays. Orders placed on weekends or U.S. holidays will be processed the next business day, and your 2-business-day shipping window starts from there.
So if you order Friday night, we'll have it on its way by Tuesday at the latest.
Shipping Methods & Delivery Times
Once your order leaves our kitchen, here's how long it usually takes to reach you:
- Standard Shipping: 3-5 business days
- Priority Shipping: 2-3 business days
- Express Shipping: 1-2 business days
Delivery times depend on your location and the carrier's schedule. We use trusted carriers (USPS and UPS) to make sure your order arrives safely and on time.
Tracking Your Order
As soon as your order ships, we'll send you a confirmation email with a tracking number. You can follow your package every step of the way — because waiting in the dark is the last thing a tired mom needs.
Where We Ship
We currently ship across the United States, including Alaska and Hawaii. International shipping is not yet available, but we're working on it.
Shipping Costs
Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on your location, the size of your order, and the shipping method you choose. We do our best to keep rates fair and transparent — no hidden fees at the end.
Look out for free shipping promotions on orders over a certain amount — we run them often.
Freshness Guarantee
Because every order is baked fresh and shipped within 2 business days, your cookies, teas, and treats arrive at peak quality. Enjoy them within a week of delivery for the best taste and texture, or freeze extras in an airtight container for up to 6 months (cookies) or 3 months (other baked goods).
Damaged or Lost Packages
If your order arrives damaged, or if it doesn't arrive at all, reach out to us at orders@themilkywave.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We'll make it right — whether that means a replacement order or a full refund.
