Drink 1 to 2 smoothies a day and keep your fluid intake high throughout the day. Pair each serving with steady meals, warm milk, lactation tea, or plenty of water to help your body stay nourished.

Keep nursing or pumping every 2 to 4 hours. The cookies and smoothie help fuel your body, but frequent emptying is the signal that tells it to keep making more. Once your supply lifts, stay consistent to keep the flow strong week after week.

Most moms notice an improvement in their milk supply within 1 to 3 days. Some customers feel a lift the very same day they start. Stay consistent with feeding and pumping to keep the boost going.

Each pouch contains enough mix for 12 to 15 smoothies, depending on how much you scoop per serving.

Both the cookies and smoothie contain fenugreek. Please avoid using this bundle during pregnancy, and consult your doctor first if you have thyroid issues, diabetes, or take medication.
