How It Works

Three Simple Steps to More Milk

01

Steep & Snack

Add 2 full teaspoons of loose leaf tea to a large mug of boiling water. Cover and steep for 8-10 minutes, then strain and add raw honey if you'd like a touch of sweetness. Pair it with 2 to 3 cookies a day.

02

Sip & Nourish

Drink about 3 cups of tea a day. Brewing a full thermos in the morning and sipping throughout the day works best. The cookies add a nourishing, milk-friendly snack to help fuel your body.

03

Stay Consistent

Keep nursing or pumping every 2 to 4 hours. The tea and cookies fuel your body, but frequent emptying is the signal that tells it to keep making more.
