Snack, Steep & Blend

Eat 2 to 3 cookies a day. Add 2 full teaspoons of loose leaf tea to a large mug of boiling water, cover, and steep for 8-10 minutes. Blend 1 scoop of smoothie mix with milk, banana, berries, and a drizzle of raw honey if you’d like a touch of sweetness.

Sip & Nourish

Drink about 3 cups of tea a day and 1 to 2 smoothies a day. Brewing a full thermos of tea in the morning and sipping throughout the day works best. The cookies give you a milk-friendly snack you can enjoy alongside your daily routine.

Keep nursing or pumping every 2 to 4 hours. The cookies, tea, and smoothie help fuel your body, but frequent emptying is the signal that tells it to keep making more. Once your supply lifts, stay consistent to keep the flow strong.
