What Goes Into Every Cup

Blessed Thistle
One of the most respected postpartum herbs, traditionally paired with Raspberry Leaf and Red Clover Blossom for nursing mothers.
Dandelion Leaf

How It Works
Three Simple Steps to More Milk
Steep
Add 2 full teaspoons of loose leaf to a large mug of boiling water. Cover with a lid or saucer and steep for 8-10 minutes. Strain and add raw honey if you'd like a touch of sweetness. Can be steeped twice.
Sip
Drink about 3 cups a day. Brewing a full thermos in the morning and sipping throughout the day works best — pair it with our lactation cookies, granola, or brownies for the strongest effect.
Stimulate
Keep nursing or pumping every 2 to 4 hours. The tea fuels your body, but frequent emptying is the signal that tells it to keep making more.
