Add one scoop of mix to a blender with a cup of milk (cow, goat, almond, or your favorite alternative — soy is best avoided while breastfeeding), a ripe banana, a handful of berries, and a drizzle of raw honey if you'd like a touch of sweetness.

Drink 1 to 2 smoothies a day. Pair them with our lactation cookies or tea for the strongest effect, and keep your fluid intake high throughout the day.

Stimulate

Keep nursing or pumping every 2 to 4 hours. The smoothie fuels your body, but frequent emptying is the signal that tells it to keep making more.

Most moms notice an improvement in their milk supply within 1 to 2 days. Some customers feel a lift the very same day they start. Stay consistent with feeding and pumping to keep the boost going.

Each pouch contains enough mix for 12 to 15 smoothies, depending on how much you scoop per serving.

Any milk you love — cow's milk, goat's milk, or nut-based milks all work beautifully. We do recommend avoiding soy-based milks while breastfeeding.

This product contains fenugreek and is intended for postpartum breastfeeding use. Avoid during pregnancy, and consult your doctor if you have thyroid issues, diabetes, or take medication.
