How It Works

Tea & Smoothie Bundle

Steep & Blend

Add 2 full teaspoons of loose leaf tea to a large mug of boiling water. Cover with a lid or saucer and steep for 8-10 minutes. Strain and add raw honey if you'd like a touch of sweetness. Can be steeped twice. For the smoothie, add one scoop of mix to a blender with a cup of milk, a ripe banana, a handful of berries, and a drizzle of raw honey if you'd like a touch of sweetness.

Sip

Drink about 3 cups of tea a day and 1 to 2 smoothies a day. Brewing a full thermos of tea in the morning and sipping throughout the day works best. Keep your fluid intake high throughout the day.

Stimulate

Keep nursing or pumping every 2 to 4 hours. The tea and smoothie fuel your body, but frequent emptying is the signal that tells it to keep making more.

We recommend about 3 cups a day. Steep a full thermos in the morning and sip throughout the day for the best results.

Most moms notice an improvement in their milk supply within 1 to 2 days. Some customers feel a lift the very same day they start. Stay consistent with feeding and pumping to keep the boost going.

Any milk you love — cow's milk, goat's milk, or nut-based milks all work beautifully. We do recommend avoiding soy-based milks while breastfeeding.

The smoothie contains fenugreek, while the tea does not. Please avoid using this bundle during pregnancy, and consult your doctor first if you have thyroid issues, diabetes, or take medication.
