Increased my breastmilk by 0.5 oz- 1oz each breast. I use milk instead of water and a spoonful of nesquik to taste even better.

These shipped real fast and are great ! Work fantastic. Suggested to blend w milk and ice but this mama on the go just ordered a vanilla bean cream frapp and mixed it in on way to work and was great !!! Used half pack for medium drink or whole pack in a large! In case anyone’s looking for more ideas !
